Year 12 Graduation 2019

Dear Graduating Student,

It is with great pleasure that I convey to you my warmest congratulations. Secondary graduation is indeed a very special occasion as it is the celebration of 14 years of schooling and the beginning of tertiary studies.

Before you look to your future, you must honour and give thanks to the people who have made an invaluable contribution to your success and achievement in reaching this milestone in your life. They are, of course, your devoted parents and your dedicated teachers.

The success you are celebrating is to be shared with your parents and family. Whilst you are indeed forever indebted to your parents, you should remember that all the successes and achievements in your life, whether past, present or future, are attributed to Allah (SWT) for His blessings and guidance. Your gratefulness and gratitude go to Allah (SWT) first and foremost, and then to your parents.

On behalf of Langford Islamic College, I would like to convey a very special heartfelt thank you to your parents for providing invaluable love and support throughout Primary School. In addition, you certainly could not have achieved what you have without all your teachers - from Kindergarten to Year 12. Please remember them with gratitude.

In addition to being grateful, please also be responsible, courteous, display good manners and uphold a good moral code at all times. Our prophet (SAW) said ‘The most beloved of Allah’s servants to Allah are those with the best manners’.  Please remember this throughout your lifetime.

May Allah (SWT) make your transition to tertiary studies easy and grant you success in all your endeavours, Insha-Allah.

On behalf of the Board of Governors, staff and students at Langford Islamic College,  I  congratulate  you and  the Year 12 class of 2019.  My duaas for your success in this life and in the hereafter will always be with you, ameen.

Best Wishes,

Dr Popie Hossain Rhaman
